Dr. Sketchy Houston is ALWAYS!! on the lookout for fun, creative and quirky models to provide our lovely Houston Sketchy sketchers with beautiful drawing fodder.

If you’ve got a sense of humor, like to be in the spotlight (literally) and have a closet full of random bizarrely-themed outfits you’ve been dying to wear again, you really need to let us know!

Our models generally come from a performance background, but as long as you are not afraid to be up front and center wearing slightly more than what the Great Pink Pixie in the Sky gave you then we should be cool. We typically look for these things (in both boys and girls):

• Ridiculously good looking, attractive hotties with a unique sense of style
• Possess a unique talent (like trapeze, contortion, sword-swallowing, burlesque)
• Take great pleasure in parading around in extraordinary costumes
• Be uber-famous and unafraid of selling out – if you draw a crowd and give the Sketchy kids a good time, chances are you’ll be re-booked

We tend to be headed towards a burlesque-y / pin up-y direction these days, but if you’ve got something creative and fun to share we wanna’ know it!!

She also likes funny jokes, good vegetarian recipes and the latest celebrity gossip – so feel free to send her those too. No drama queens, poseurs or prima donnas please — life is far too short.

PLEASE NOTE!! We are a photography-friendly space (for half of our session) and encourage our artists and photographers to submit their work and build on it.

In order to be considered as a model, you will need to sign a model release form so we can keep loving on our artists, just like we love on you!  xo
